Slow Sunday Heat is for anyone who's been craving a real pause. You'll move through a guided hot yoga class, then stay in the heat to mingle over refreshments and snacks with people who get it. No pressure to perform. No pretending you're fine. Just warmth, release, and maybe a conversation that actually fills you up.
And because we want you to take the feeling home: everyone leaves with a goodiebag of self-care and beauty treats from brands you'll love — a little nudge to keep the slow vibe going.

Timetable
10:50-11:00 Arrival & intro from our co-founder, Sophia Brown
11:00–12:00 – Hot yoga class with instructor
12:00–12:30 – Mingle workshop in the heat, with refreshments & snacks
12:30 – Pick up your goodiebag and head home
A towel and yourself ;)
